I wasn't trying to make them (the Under Employed) out to be "the slobs" - I was making out the "Under Employment" figures that the Dems are ignoring, to be the 800 lb thing in the room.
You totally missed the point. Unemployment numbers might have gone down, or not up as much as they could, because so many people are under-employed. The real effect of unemployment today is much more than a 9% number might lead one to believe. Like my ex-wife who has a master's degree and is working on another and works for $10 an hour as a part-time ed tech because she couldn't find a teaching job.
